Introduction to Nettleton Grange
Farmed by the Hair family since 1952,
the land nestles in a quiet valley, near the village
of Nettleton in the Lincolnshire Wolds - an Area of
Outstanding National Beauty - and is traversed by both
The Viking Way (ramblers) and the Nev Cole Way (a bridleway).
Grange Farm is in the countryside stewardship scheme
which aims to preserve the existing flora, fauna and
landscape. Grange farm is a traditional mixed farm growing
spring sown malting barley and is home to a herd of
pedigree British
White Cattle - a recognised Rare Breed! This
is one of Britain's oldest cattle breeds, with a history
going back more than 800 years. They are easy to rear,
are attractive to look at and produce meat of the finest
quality.

We have like many other farmers, diversified
and with help from funding from the ERDP offer the following
at the farm:
- Fishing
- Equestrian - including a farm ride, menage, full
livery and qualified tuition
- Two delightful farm cottages
